It should be,'I am waiting for your reply to the inquiries that I asked at previous emails.'

"I await/I'm awaiting your reply to the queries I asked in my/in a previous email."
If you use 'a previous email' it means a recent but not necessarily the most recent.
"I await" can be more courteous, "I'm awaiting" is impatient.

"I will await" -- patient, not urgent
"I await" -- courteous, but with expectation
"I'm awaiting" -- impatient/urgent
