I’m afraid of using new vocabulary in my conversation

I always think that it will be a wrong word so avoid using it, but every day I'm learning new words that I want to use, but I can’t…… pls can any one suggest

While I’m talking to one of my tutors they try to correct me, but I feel I can’t continue talking with them like this and try to finish the conversation ASAP.

How do you learn new words? By hearing them on television, by reading them? Either way, one way could be to look the words up in a dictionary. When I learn a new word and am uncertain about its meaning, I check it in the Oxford English Dictionary. This way I can be relatively sure about me using the word correctly in the future. However, you shouldn't be afraid to make mistakes when learning a language. People you speak to will probably be impressed with you using intriguing new words (as long as you don't overdo it, of course), and they most likely do not mind if you use a word incorrectly. If they volunteer their corrections it's great; this way you'll develop your skills, won't you?
