I'll pass

Hi

Jonathan: Hey, Lana, can I, uh, interest you in a latte?
Lana: I'll pass - bad waitressing flashbacks. I brought over the produce order for the party.

I am wondering what Lana meant by I'll pass. Does that mean she agreed?

Could you give some other examples when I can use this word?

I also hope you can correct me if I made any grammar mistake in writing this question.
