Ill-items of questionaires for practices

Hi eveyone,

My professor wants me to find some ill-items of questionnaires to make students be aware of avoding making these mistakes when designing questionnaires by practcing pointing out the problems of the ill-items of questionnaires. I have already found some bad items of queationnares online (e.g. double negative questions are bad ), but I need more ill-items. Does anyone know any websites that contain ill-items of questionnaires? Thanks a lot ^^

Here are a couple of articles on writing well-designed questionnaires.
For poorly-stated questions, you just have to make ones that are opposite to the good ones!
