Ill-health disease/health vigour

Hi

Generally, in the books about self-improvement, the reader is told to cease thinking of

sickness, ill-health disease, etc., and to think instead of health vigour,

wholeness, and so on.

Does "ill-health disease" mean "ailment"?

"health vigour" - I take it to mean "energy".

Yes, it's clear.

By the way, is there any difference between "health" and "wholeness"?

Hi,

'Health' is much more commonly said, and easier to define.

Not so, with 'wholeness'. This sounds a bit more philosophical, more concerned with both the mental and physical state.
