I'll get or I'll take this shirt.

When you are shopping for clothes, can you say "I'll get this one", instead of "I'll take ..."?

You'll be understood, but "I'll take ..." is the way we say it.

I would say "I'll get this one" to a friend who was with me at the time of my purchase. Then I would say to the sales clerk, "I'll take this one".
