Vocabulary

I'll flip you for it

From the book Blaney Park, by R, Calanni & M. Diment

- Sully, we're going to bunk in the same cabin. What's wrong with that?

- Nothing, as long as I get the bed.

- I will flip you for it.

- Nope, I am your employeee. You need to take care of me. I will think you're taking me for granted if you don't let me sleep in a bed. Bringing me up to this wilderness in the middle of nowhere!

What does the sentence "I will flip you for it." mean here? I am not sure if it could be that it will be decided who gets the bed by tossing a coin, because "flip" has a lot of different meanings and they don't mention any coin here.
