It could be:

I'm calling it off for tonight. (cancelling something, giving up on something)

A friend of mine is drinking beer with me at a pub(or in a pub?).
And then I declare: I call it for tonight or I'm calling it. Meaning that I want to go home, as I'm getting tired.
