Should I say:

I'll see you around. OR

See you around.

What would a native say? Or are both useable?

There's a implication when using 'I'll.' and it depends, of course, on the user's context.
1. I'll see YOU around (so worry).
2. I'll see you around (I'll not be looking for your company particularly, I'd prefer we never expect to get too close as in let's agree to keep this a luke warm friendship).
'See you later' is best
