Dear teachers,
Since English is too broad to learn ,I'd be happy if someone could provide me the list of most useful ,practical and valuable English Grammar structure.Unfortunately none of websites pays attention to this issue therefore there has not been clear answer so far.

That is still either a vast, vast topic or a meaningless one. I don't think you have a clear idea of what language acquisition involves. The IELTS speaking test examines your ability to use the language in its entirety and according to the demands of natural conversation.
