I have been teaching Vs  I have teached

Good evening/morning :

i still don’t know when to use i have been vs i have (teached )

i know that the both are to describe an action that goes from the past up to the present moment

but if i want is the better to describe something from the past and still doing it for now , i have been teaching or i have teached ?

and why some people say i have been teached ?

Thank you all

Both forms are OK, but without any further context I have been teaching makes it a bit clearer that you are still doing it. On the other hand, it also suggests a bit that you may have been doing it temporarily. The correct forms are I have been teaching and I have teached taught .
