If/conditional + verb ing?

Hi all!

I regularly play football, and I am often in situations where I am not sure what tense to use (in bold):

1) I can get a friend to come and play with us for tonight's game if we miss/are missing someone.

2) Please confirm if you're coming tonight.

3) Please let me know if we play/are playing on/this Wednesday.

4) We are not playing bad, but we should take more advantage/should be taking more advantage of our occasions.

Thank you for your help.
