Hi
Is the following sentence incorrect?
"If you would rather leave the field unchanged, you can use blah blah button."
Isn't that a conditional? If so, then if+would don't really belong together in one sentence.

That's fine: they go together nicely "If you would" is a normal way of speaking - try Googling the phrase (include the surrounding quote marks). d
