Are these correct? If not, why? What do they mean?
1. I was wondering if you would want to go tommorow. (If this is correct? Why? Does this mean 'If x, then x. ' ? Isn't that wrong? Shouldn't it be 'If x, then y.' ? But I hear this a lot. Movies, shows, and just everything.) 2. I was wondering if you wanted to go tommorow. (What does this mean compared to #1?)
If #1 is right, how come this is not right? 3. If I were to be you, I would do this. (Incorrect? How come #1 is right? How do you know when it is wrong then?) 4. If I were you, I would do this. (Correct? )
5. If my skills in estimating and managing IT projects would have been that bad, I would have fired myself a few times. (Not correct? But #1 is correct? ) 6. If my skills in estimating and managing IT projects had been that bad, I would have fired myself a few times. (Correct??)
Thanks.
