Both are correct. The basic rule is not to put 'will' in an if-clause, but the first sentence is an exception because 'if you will just give me' is interpreted as 'if you would be so kind as to give me' or 'if you are willing to give me' rather than as a future tense.

Another interpretation is that this is the so-called "bargaining if", where I will do something for you if you will do something for me. Specifically in this example, I will take another look if you will give me the link. This, too, is an exception to the rule of NO WILL WITH IF.
