Hi

I understand that 'do', 'does' and 'did' are also used to emphasize a statement. I think the #1 correct but I'm not sure about the #2. Please help me with it. Thank you.

1: Do you mind if ask you a personal question? Yes, I do mind. Please don't ask.

2: If you say this, I will/would do mind.
