if you know anything?

Hey!
I've just graduated and I'm looking for a job, Now I want to post this in a Facebook group for jobs, and I want to send this to a number of friends as well. Please correct it if it has any errors or to make sound more professional. I'm not sure if "if you know anything" is OK!
Here's is what I want to post:
"Hey,
I have graduated with a BA in biology with honors with a GPA of 92%. I'm currently looking for a job. If you know anything, please let me know.
Thank you."

Thank you
