"If you have" + "You would know"

Hi

Is this construction natural English? Any suggestions are welcome.

If you have been there, you would know that every single shop there...

If you have met her, you would know that she is not the person to trifle with.

  • With "would" it sounds off to me.

I'm sure people say things like that, but there's no reason for "would" in that kind of sentence:

If you've been there, you ([already / probably / probably already]) know that ...
If you've met her, you ([already / probably / probably already]) know that ...

With "would" it sounds off to me.
