If you have time, or...?

Hi,

When recommending to visit one's hometown (or any favourite place), Japanese students tend to say something like "Please come to... if you have time" or "Please visit... if you have a chance." But I wonder whether it may be more natural to say "Please come to/visit... by all means." The meanings will differ and "if you have time/a chance" sounds more humble, but "by all means" seems to suit the occasion better because you are recommending the place. What do you think?
