If you have / had a problem with them, what would you do?

1) When you have a problem with them, what would you do?

2) If you have a problem with them, what would you do?

3) If you had a problem with them, what would you do?

Are all of the sentences correct and is there a meaning difference between the 2 and the 3?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.
