Please,
In a delicate process, people should give feedback on something to get help, but some people take longer to do so. It is also an optional process, so some of them may never give feedback at all. However, we usually encourage feedback at least once as it is sometimes all they need to connect.
English is not our primary language. If I need to communicate with a native English speaker, which of the following sentences would be the most appropriate (polite and also warm):
A) If you ever want to share with me how it was with the interview last week, please feel free to drop a line at any time!
B) If at any time you want to share with me how the interview was last week, feel free to send me a message.
C) In case you would like to share with me how it was last week, just drop a line!
I am particularly afraid of using "If you ever", as I am not sure how exactly does that sound (is it polite?).
Thank you!!
). It is frequently not polite. If you ever call me a "nerd" again, I will never speak to you again.
