If you don't mind, could you help me out?

Hello, I have a question about usage of 'if'. Here are some sentences I made. Could you tell me if those are acceptable to you?

1. If you don't mind, could you help me out?

2. I would like to talk with you now, if you are not busy.

3. If someone points out my mistakes, I would say 'thank you'.

Thank you in advance and please help me.

Hi Mister Micawber,
Can we consider "would" being the past of "will" only in conditional sentences?

On the contrary, 'would' is the past of 'will' OUTSIDE of conditional sentences. Conditionals I and II (above) are both non-past.
