'if' twice

Is it correct to have 'if' twice?

My friend and I are betting on the same game I know I'm going to lose tht on the different team. Towards the end I know I'm going to lose the bet but my friend still has a chance to win his bet I say:

There is a tense problem but not sure.

If I know I'm going to lose, I wouldn't mind if he wins.

Thanks
