If this time does not work for you,
My manger set up a schudle for an individual meeting with her employee and asked us to sign up for the best time via email. Then, can I write as following?
If it's all right, I'd like to see you at 2pm on Nov 13. If this time does not work for you, please let me know so that I can arrange another time.
