Question:
Which sentence is correct?

Sentence1:
If there is any problem during my holiday, please call Mr. Johan.
Sentence2:
If there is any problems during my holiday, please call Mr. Johan.
Sentence3:
If there are any problems during my holiday, please call Mr. Johan.

Sentence 3 is correct.

I would also consider sentence 1 to be correct, but there are those that would disagree with me. Many would insist upon writing "If there is a problem...".

Correct. For 2, it must be: "if there is a problem..."
