If there is an option on Yahoo! to buy emotions and they named it ''Shop Yahoo!

My dear and respected teachers,
1: "One of its meaning is to 'cry'?" Is this sentence correct?
2: If there is an option on Yahoo! to buy emotions and they named it ''Shop Yahoo!" is it correct? or it should be Yahoo! shop?
