I am not sure if/when i will drive there today. I think it's better for you to go there early.

What can be right to say' if ' or 'when' in the sentence?

It depends on what you mean.

I am not sure if I will drive there today. I might drive there today. or I might not.

I am not sure when I will drive there today. I will drive there today, but I'm not sure what time.
