If or of or about

Please tell me if my sentences are correct. I which word is appropriate:

I am not sure "about/of" my relationship.

I am not sure "of" the answer to your question.

I am not sure "about" anything.

I thing different words can be used in writing a sentence, as if a worf can be substituted for another and the sentence would still be correct, right?

Thanks
