IF IT'S TO / FROM or OF

Which would you say please:

If it's to smoke that you want me to hold your crutches, than you can forget about it.
If you want me to hold you crutches cause you want to smoke, you can forget about it.

Can you phrase this like this?

You're the only person I can do this in front of. You're the only person I can be myself around./with.
What side of the train do you get off on/from?
