Could you use the structure ITS TO as in

1 If its to say no to everything, don't even come.

2 If he talks to you, it's alway to say something negative.

3 If its to yell at me that you came here, you should have bothered.

Is the following sentences OK or would you change it?

  • Give her till 5 pm to call. If she hasn't called then, call her back.
