You need If it rains, ...

The same applies to when ... will, before ... will, after ... will, until ..., and similar expressions. Avoid 'will' in such clauses.

Never say 'never' when talking about English grammar. We can use 'will in the if- clause if it suggests willingness: I'll be able to catch the earlier train if you will/'ll drive me to the station.
