If it snowed in summer, ...

Are these correct?

1. If it rains tomorrow, I'll stay home.
2. If it snowed in summer, I would report it to tv stations.
3. If it didn't rain yesterday, I would have gone shopping.

1. is fine. 2. is a little strange - If it snowed in the summer, I would report the fact to the TV stations - perhaps?

3. is wrong. In the third conditional you need the past perfect in the if-clause.

It should be If it hadn't rained yesterday, I would have gone shopping
