I often have a headaches and stomach aches.

How would you say this naturally?

If it's not my head that hurts, it's my stomach. I am so unlucky.
If my head doesn't hurts, it's my stomach that hurts. I am so unlucky.
When my head doesn't hurt, my stomach hurts. I am so unlucky.
