If it barks at anyone

1) If your dog barks at anyone, it will bark at me.

Can't this sentence mean two things:

a) If your dog barks at everyone, it will bark at me.

b) If there is anyone your dog barks at, it will bark at me (as well).

Gratefully,

Navi
