If I'm not wrong/if I'm not mistaken

I think that they have stopped paying now if I'm not mistaken/if I'm not wrong.
I assumed that they have stopped paying now if I'm/I was not wrong.

Please correct my sentences.

Perhaps you mean: I think/assume that they have paid by now. I hope I'm right.

"think" or "assumed" is redundant if you use "if I'm not mistaken/ wrong".

I would suggest: If I'm not mistaken, they have stopped paying....

OR

I think they have stopped paying.........

2. maybe he means: he's no longer paying it <anything he was paying before> now, if i'm not mistaken.
