What does this phrase mean? (e.g. as in "I'm 50 if I'm a day")
Thanks for your help and time,

If I'm even a day old, then I'm 50 years old. Its use is almost always to stress that someone is older than thought (or pretended to be). For example, an actress is trying to play the part of a high school senior but she is not convincing.
