Is it right to say :

Past :
If I would be recruiting officer I would select you

Future :
If I will be recruiting officer I will select you

Present :
Suppose You are recruiting officer then whom will you select ?

If I were an army recruiter, I would select you. [But I am not an army recruiter.]

Suppose you are / were an army recruiter. Whom would you select? [I prefer were here.]
