If I were not to ...

Hello,

I'm having some problems with this conditional structure.
What's the right way of saying it? Should it be: "If I were not to go ..."
or "If I were to not go"?

Thank you

Hotmale If I were not to go When you have an infinitive ( to go ), it's better not to split it with an intervening word ( to not go ). CJ
