If I had gotten the package, why would their be a door tag left on my door?

Or

If I got the package, why would their be a door tag left on my door?

And

If they lost the package, I would expect some form of re-compensation.

Or

If they had lost the package, I would expect some form of recompensation.

Are both useable?
