"If I get a paycheck this month, I will buy the book."

"If I get a paycheck this month, I will buy the book."

Is the sentence natural to use? Getting paycheck this month will happen for sure but when we use "if", something is likely to happen and then the sentence is somewhat weird or do you native English speakers have no problem with the sentence? And any better sentences?

1)"If it rains tomorrow, I will stay home."
It is likely to rain tomorrow and I would like how much percent there is in 'likely'? 50%?

2) "If I were you, I would buy it."
It not possible for me to you at all, so the percent is 0%, right?

3) "If you knew her name, could you let me know, huh?
It is possible for you to know her name but I think that it is less likely to know her name and then how much percent is there in less likely? 1~5%?

I hope I make my point clear. Thank you so much in advance.
