If I could

Is it right to say,

"If I could go back to the day we met, I probably would have stayed in bed."

"If I could go back to the day we met, I probably would stay in bed."

Are both possible?

Also,

"If I could turn back time, I would do things differently."

"If I could turn back time, I would have done things differently."

Are they also possible?

If so, what is the difference between them?

Thanks
