If he happen or happens?

Hi. What could be the difference?

If he happen/happens to have some money, I feel/think he should go and deposit it in the bank.

I think this usage is archaic subjunctive, as found in the King James bible, eg., if a man ask you to walk with him a mile, walk with him twain.

Edit. Hmm, I seem to have misquoted.
