if everything is true

I would like to know if there is any English equivalent of the phrase “if everything is true, then…” used (often) in Hungarian. It approximately means “if every calculation is right,” “if I’m not mistaken,” “if nothing unexpected happens/happened,” “according to the present situation/knowledge.”
For e.g.: If everything is true, we’ll arrive on Friday. If everything is true, I’ve put the book into the drawer.
But I could mention innumberable situations.
