If clause with some stative verbs

Hello, I will be happy if you give me a reply.

Can I ask "if you have a car, why don't you drive it?" to someone that I know he or she has a car but doesn't drive it?

Can I say "if I have a car, I will travel a lot" as I don't have a car right now and I have been planning to buy one?

Can I say "if you like black tea, I think you will like this new type of tea" to someone that I know he or she likes black tea?

Can I say "if you don't like it after you try, please tell me without hesitation" to that person before he or she try this new type of tea yet?

Thank you.

I think all the sentences can be used because they are all meaningful. They express possible situations in present or future time. For example, for the verb "to be" as a stative verb, we can say "if you are ugly, I am ugly too", expressing a possible situation in present time (it is a part of a song) and we can say "if you are unhappy after you move into the village, we will refund", expressing a possible situation in future.
