can i join if clause with conjunction ?

If you care a group of silvertips but you have not getting any fry, you should change the fish.

Hi Forlan Yes, in theory a conjunction can be used that way. There are clearly a number of grammatical errors in your sentence, however. perhaps i make two sentences to explain you:

The situation the breeder has caring the fish (silvertip) for more than one year but he does not get any fry (baby fish). I suggest the breeder to add other silvertips. i hope this helpful
