when if have the clause ( would+inf+gerund) in the second tense
as example:
if i'd listened to my mother, i wouldn't be working at this job.

Remember the rules of capitalization.

The verb phrase "would be working" is the progressive form with a modal auxiliary (would).
Working is not a gerund (noun) here.

Here are other progressive forms: Note that the future progressive uses the auxiliary "will."
