The more usual word order is "if done carefully", because an adverb of manner is usually placed after the verb form, but I think this is nearly a case of a distinction without a difference. Many speakers prefer "if carefully done", and no one seems to mind. CJ

Thanks. I agree with you. Probably either of the choices should be designed something as" If it done carefully". So we can get only one right choice.
