Hello,
I'm learning for an English exam,so I would like to know which sentence is correct:
1.Assuming that we are to lose her,I would be happy to know that she was being taken by another company.

2.Assuming that we were to lose her,I would be happy to know that she was being taken by another company.
3.Assuming that we are to lose her,I will be happy know that she was being taken by another company.

Thank you.
