If anyone fluent in japanese could help with this one..!

Konnichiwa! I had a question for anyone kind enough to answer, Im very new to the japanese langauge and am learning because I have a very important friend in Japan I'll be seeing in a few months, however my sadly rudimentary knowledge wasn't enough to understand this message; could somebody translate it for me?
