If a word isn't in a dictionary, should i use it?

hi , if i wanted to refer to noam chomsky about his ideas on language, would it be wrong to say:

" You don't need to learn chomsky linguistics just to understand noun phrases."

Well, you do need to capitalize proper nouns. Otherwise it is fine.

I'm not sure the term "Chomsky linguistics" is being used by anyone. I believe I would say "Chomsky's linguistics".
